Our custom wall decals are printed on a peel and stick adhesive material that is pre-cut to the shape of your design. The decals come with detail installation instructions and are easy to install on any clean, smooth surface. Decals can be easily removed and are safe for your walls.
Please create separate projects for each wall and place them in your cart. We’ll do our best to make sure the corners line up correctly!
+ How do I get a certain part of the wallpaper pattern centered on my wall?In step 1, make your wall size a little bigger so your total design includes the pattern area you want in the size you need it. Then when you install the panels you can adjust the positioning on the wall so it’s perfect.
+ I saved a project/received my sample, but now I can't find the email with my link to the design. How do I get back to it so I can edit/order it?If you have an account and used the same email address to save your design, you can login and it will show up in your account history. If you don’t have an account, please confirm the email address you entered when you saved your design and we'll send you another link to it.
+ How will my custom wall decor be shipped?Your custom wall decor will be shipped via UPS within 10-14 business days of receipt of order and will deliver separately from regular merchandise. You will receive a UPS tracking email when your wall decor has shipped. All samples ship separately by US Postal Service.
+ Can I get expedited shipping for my order?We offer 2 rush delivery options, Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air, within the domestic US only. Processing time of 10-14 business days also applies to rush delivery orders.
+ Can I get a tracking number for my wallpaper sample order?No, sorry, samples are shipped via US Postal Service. You can check the status of your sample order at any time by emailing customerservice@dwellstudio.com.
+ I need to cancel my order.Sorry, we cannot guarantee cancellation on custom product orders. All custom products are custom made to the customer’s specifications and each product is custom crafted and therefore no cancellations are allowed once production has begun. In the event that you need to change or cancel your order please contact us at customerservice@dwellstudio.com right away so that we can see if we can catch the order.
+ What is your return policy for custom products?Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is damage to an item or an incorrect item was received. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email customerservice@dwellstudio.com.

+ What do I need to buy to install the product?For wallpaper, we recommend you have...
For wall decals: Nothing! A plastic squeegee is included with your decals order.
+ What is the product made out of?Our custom wall decor is environmentally friendly, 100% vinyl free (no PVC's), does not contain POC's or VOC's, and is fully breathable (inhibits mold & mildew).
Wallpaper: Our custom wallpaper is made of coated paper with dry adhesive on the back that is activated with water.
Decals: Flexible film (phthalate-free vinyl) with pressure sensitive adhesive on the back and a removable paper liner.
+ How should I clean the wallpaper/decals after it is installed?Use a soft damp sponge or cloth with water only – no soap or chemical cleaners.
+ Can I put this up in my bathroom?Wallpaper: The wallpaper material is not designed for high moisture areas/splash zones and is not recommended for use in bathrooms.
Decals: Yes, as long as you choose a splash-free zone! Just make sure the walls are clean and dry before you put them up.
+ Can I install this on textured walls? Over paint? Onto Drywall?The material works best on smooth finish walls as some of the wall texture may show through and give a bumpy appearance. Wall textures vary, and bumps aren’t noticeable in some lighting, so we recommend that you try a sample to see how it looks in your home.
