Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not, we accept returns or offer to exchange your purchase for non-furniture items within 30 days of purchase*. Please follow the directions below to make a return or exchange.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
Regular price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the original shipping date found your packing list*. Gift Items can be returned for exchange only within 30 days. Please review the General Merchandise Return Procedures below on how to process a return for refund or exchange. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless there is damage to an item or an incorrect item was received. Please note shipping fees (initial shipping cost & return shipping) are non-refundable.
*Robert Allen fabric, wallpaper, wall decals, samples and swatches are all final sale, non-returnable and non-refundable.
FURNITURE RETURNS:
All furniture is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable. If an item is damaged or defective, DwellStudio will replace the damaged/defective part and in some cases, may replace the entire item. If your furniture is damaged, should you receive the wrong product, or if you are missing parts, please retain all packaging and contact DwellStudio customer service at 877-99-DWELL or via email at customerservice@dwellstudio.com for further assistance. Please make sure to inspect all furniture upon receipt & after assembly. DwellStudio and our White Glove service provider cannot be held liable for missing boxes (pieces) after a shipment has been signed for as complete or damage free.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE RETURN PROCEDURES:
- Original receipt (packing list) or gift receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges.
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. Opened merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
- An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is required for all returns. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. To obtain an RMA number, call us at 877-99-DWELL or email customerservice@dwellstudio.com. In your request, please include the order number as well as the reason for the return.
- Once you have received an RMA number, clearly print it on the return address label of your packing list and affix it to the outside of your box. Please return merchandise to us through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (i.e. FedEx, UPS or USPS registered mail). We strongly recommend that you insure the package. We are not responsible for packages returned with no tracking information. We do not accept returns via COD.
- RMA number(s) are only valid for 30 days after issue. Your return package(s) must be received by DwellStudio within this 30 day period. RMA numbers will not be reissued under any circumstances.
