ORDER STATUS/ ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. Once your order credit card has been charged and your order has shipped, we will notify you by email. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging into My Account and clicking on My Orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept checks or money orders. Multiple credit card payments per order are not accepted at this point in time.
Orders for custom-made items, such as furniture and wall decor, will be charged upon order receipt. Once your order credit card has been charged and your order has shipped, we will notify you by email. If you are using a debit card, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your account balance. This includes charges for items on backorder.
For added security, your billing address must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. Your order process may be delayed if these addresses are different.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, where applicable, for orders shipped to NY and NJ.
For purchases shipping to Canada, we collect duty and taxes where applicable. There will be an additional 10% charge (of invoice value) on top of standard shipping rates which will cover duty, taxes and brokerage.
If you are using a debit card, funds will be deducted from your account upon order placement. This includes charges for items on backorder.
If an item is on backorder, the backorder status and estimated ship date will be noted on the product detail page. Some items may not be available for backorder; you can sign up to receive an email when the item is back in stock. To sign up, click on "Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock".
We are pleased to gift wrap your purchases for a flat fee of $5.00 which is non-refundable. If you'd like to have your item(s) gift wrapped and/or shipped with a free gift message, simply click the Gift Wrap option during checkout. Gift wrap may not be available for all items.
