Father’s Day is just around the corner... Sunday, June 17th. If you're like me, finding that perfectly cool yet understated gift for the dads in your life is one of those modern conundrums that never goes away. But this year, I know exactly what I'm getting Josh (shhh... don't tell him!). The Limit: Life and Death on the 1961 Grand Prix Circuit by Michael Cannell. It's an epic tale set during the height of road-racing's golden era and chronicles the speed-demon adventures of Phil Hill, the first American to win the Formula One Grand Prix. Killer sports cars, 60s styling and historical road-rage—what's not to love?
The Limit tops my list this year (right after our own handsome gifts, of course) as the perfect gift for all the stylish dads in my life, and by the way it definitely leaves those I LOVE DAD coffee mugs in the dust.
