Community Manager
DwellStudio seeks proactive, collaborative, adaptable community manager, who is passionate about social media. Ideal candidate is Idea driven, team-based and flexible. Must be understanding and able to translate DwellStudio brand bringing to life through language and content shared with DwellStudio followers. Must be eager to grow brand presence via social marketing and media.
Job responsibilities:
SOCIAL MEDIA
- Manage and produce all social media efforts, working closely with Communications Director and Vice President of Marketing to strategize, set and meet goals including Facebook, You Tube, Pinterest, DwellStudio Blog, Tumblr, Instagram
- Develop and maintain editorial calendar for all social media working with key team members to produce daily content.
- Manage DwellStudio Facebook account, developing strategies to increase brand awareness and executing marketing tactics through that platform.
- Maintain social media best practice guidelines.
- Work with web marketing team to integrate social efforts with overall marketing strategies, develop and execute social aspects of web marketing campaigns.
- Cultivate relationships with social media leaders and bloggers in the industry.
- Be aware of emerging trends in social media. Research and evaluate and present new social media platforms and opportunities.
- Produce weekly reports to highlight Social Media growth, ROI and opportunities.
MARKETING (may or may not be part of this role pending candidate)
- Create and maintain marketing calendar for b2b business, working closely with VP of Marketing design and Sales Director to execute it.
- Be the point person for all b2b business marketing materials.
- Manage affiliate networks; monitor and support current affiliates keeping sales up and brand reputation clean; research opportunities for on-brand growth of the affiliate program.
- Work with web marketing team to develop web site and email strategy; help coordinate and collected information for new product launches and other website updates.
PUBLIC RELATIONS (may or may not be part of this role pending candidate)
- Support Communications Director with day-to-day contact with editors, including handling press requests, distributing information, etc.
- Work with Communications Director to produce events.

Financial Analyst Position
DwellStudio is seeking an adaptable Financial Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are a small but growing home furnishings company with a need for someone adept enough to handle a variety of analyses, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting duties.
The Financial Analyst will be part of a small team responsible for supplying all analyses and reports for the company. The desired candidate is a highly analytical, bright individual who is an industrious, organized team player with strong math, Excel, and SQL database skills. The position requires the ability to juggle competing priorities and to initiate and implement solutions. With a small team and a lot of growth, the candidate will be expected to ramp up quickly and work efficiently and proactively.
The primary responsibility of the Financial Analyst will be to assist in the financial planning process, report on budget to actual results, monitor financial performance, produce sales forecasts and analyses, and work on special projects.
Job responsibilities:
- Management Reporting: develop and distribute daily dashboard for management.
- Forecasting: working with sales, inventory and marketing, produce itemized sales forecasts for planning.
- Sales Analyses: produce and distribute weekly reports to support sales team; develop other sales reports as required.
- Data Management: assist in keeping company data clean and consistent. Assist or drive implementation of a cross-departmental item database.
- Financial Reporting: budget tracking, reconciliations, and other reports as needed.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA, a plus
- At least 3 years relevant experience, including financial modeling and forecasting.
- Expert Excel skills (including macros, pivot tables, lookups, and other functions).
- Microsoft Great Plains experience a major plus.
- Advanced SQL database knowledge.
- Solid understanding of key accounting concepts.
- Ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment while also working effectively with others.
- Aptitude for summarizing and presenting financial data to non-financial managers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work across all levels of the company.

Production Manager
DwellStudio, a modern home furnishings and textile company, is seeking a Production Manager with prior experience in home furnishings to join our team. The Production Manager will be responsible for execution and on time delivery of all assigned product categories. Candidate must be able to meet deadlines and be flexible to the ever-changing environment of a fast-growing company.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Oversea pre-production activities and reacts to problems including testing issues, packaging and QA to ensure all pre-production activities are completed in a timely manner.
- Creates and maintains departmental logs and files including: Time and Action Calendars and Production Log and Status.
- Close coordination with domestic and oversea vendors.
- Responsible for initiating, tracking and execution of all testing standards.
- Reviews production status reports and identifies delivery and/or quality problems and determines and communicates the appropriate actions to be taken.
- Monitoring customer returns, issuing charge backs.
- Assist in sourcing and development of new product categories.
- Responsible for packaging production and development.

Associate Production Manager
DwellStudio, a modern home furnishings and textile company, is seeking an Associate Production Manager with prior experience in home furnishings to join our team. The Associate Production Manager will be responsible for the execution and communication of development and sampling strategies for assigned categories with the intent of taking the products into production. Candidate must be able to meet deadlines and be flexible to the ever-changing environment of a fast-growing company.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Creates and maintains departmental logs and files including: Time and Action Calendars and development Log and Status.
- Responsible for tracking all development, photo and sales samples in assigned categories.
- Reviews production status reports and identifies delivery and/or quality problems and determines and communicates the appropriate actions to be taken.
- Assist in sourcing and development of new product categories.
- Collect information needed to create complete costing packages.
- Develop- keeping in mind designs vision while achieving GM goals.
- Recommends/executes production strategy in partnership with sourcing channels and supervisor while achieving financial goals.
- Partner with Manager for technical manufacturing expertise to resolve development and sourcing issues.
- Work with Manager on production approval process in collaboration with their design counter parts.
Job Requirements
- Align with team to meet department aesthetic, quality, on-time delivery and financial goals.
- Clear understanding of product life cycle starting with developing/sourcing/costing through final production approval.
- Strong sense of color and quality.
