New York's heat-wave forecasting inspired us to concoct the perfect menu for a chic and easy Summer Soiree.

The Sophisticated Margarita

Summer's swelter is best handled with a frosty cocktail in-hand. We adore this sophisticated twist on the classic margarita. Inspired by one of our go-to downtown haunts—Spice Market'sGinger Margarita is easy to mix-up in large batches. We love to prep it in a tall pitcher and let guests serve themselves with our chic fish tumblers.

Stress-Free Kebabs

We love to pull out the portable Hibachi Grill and let guests prep their own skewers with an assortment of protein and veggies. This keeps the vibe low-key and gives the host a chance to indulge in summer's laissez-faire vibe. We were inspired by this Mediterranean standard.

Styled Antipasti

Setting out a medley of antipasti bites on stylish serving platters gives guests something to nosh on throughout evening. We love cruising the olive bar Zabars for a mix of cured meats, cheese and raw veggies.

I love entertaining, and I'm obsessed with quinoa right now... veggie dishes feel so fresh for spring. I'd love to share my go-to dinner party menu—quinoa 3 ways. Can't wait to try it out the next time I have people over!
