"Hi CL!  I hope things are good with you and at the office.  Things are good here with little Maximus - he is great but it is definitely exhausting!! I wanted to ask you about a book you told me about a month or so ago. I think it was healthy sleep habits happy child, was that the name? I wanted to order it and try to get Maximus on a good sleeping pattern."

I could write volumes on this topic...I am a Sleep Sargent! Rachel, we will get Maximus sleeping through the night by 3 months!  I promise. My advice? Baby steps...

1st: Order black out shades for his room from The Shade Store

2nd: Read The New Basics and Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child...and a little Gina Ford.

PS - Dr. Weissbluth, you are my god.
