We love that design blog Decoist highlighted our Selma Arm Chair and Selma Side Chair in its roundup of Mad Men inspired interiors. We agree that the geometric shape is a perfect fit in Pete and Trudy's New York dining room circa 1964. Did you watch the season premiere of Mad Men?

It’s got an aura of mystery, maybe you’ve heard the murmurs from your foodie friends, or perhaps you’ve been invited to nosh on this savory trend—we’re talking about the underground dining scene. From elaborately planned ruses, to a simple gathering in a friend's loft, to exotic taste hunting in the outer boroughs—the supper club movement is having a moment. Have you ever attended one of these elusive fêtes? A few of us have been and the rest of us are dying to try them!


To celebrate the launch of our debut dining collection we decided to beg, borrow and steal from some of our coolest staffers to cobble together a list of elusive supper clubs that are serving up some scrumptious fare under the radar. Check them out!



With a communal table, farm-fresh ingredients and a collective spirit, Outstanding in the Field tours the country—setting up farm-to-table dinners that connect diners to the land. Harvesting farm feasts since 1999, from Queens to Hawaii this dining collective has become a well-known standard on the supper club scene.

Christiane Lemieux is the Founder of DwellStudio, the author of Undecorate, mother of two plus a dog and is married to Joshua Young, who is also her business partner. Christiane graduated from the Parson's School of Design with a degree in Fashion design. She also has a degree in Art History. Christiane is inspired by travel and design.
