This eco-minded real estate company is on it way to developing eco-enclaves that combine highly sustainable architecture with a cool contemporary aesthetic. Nexterra recently finished construction on its very first prefab home dubbed the LivingHome. Located in Toronto, the sleek mid-century design has a modern open-living plan, floor-to-ceiling windows and a geothermal heating and cooling system--plus it comes ready to assemble!
