Whether or not you celebrate Easter, we bet colorful eggs and pastel candies make their way into everyone's lives. After polling the office on their Easter festivities, we were inspired to look at traditions around the world. From dousing neighbors with water, to warding off evil spirits with fire, to enjoying some hot-cross buns, Easter has it all.

We scour the globe for inspiration for everything from our new collections, to our personal abodes. We love the adventure in finding and cultivating inspiration. Our Galaxy Collection is no exception (not to mention it's 25% off through April 1st!).

We fall in love with the details. It's the tuft, sabot, nail head, sheen, material, or pleat that makes something a great design. We feel the same way about our interiors, and love creating detailed moments around the home that speak to our design aesthetics and offer inspiration and beauty. Wonder how we create these details?

Happy Friday! We have had a great week: first day of spring, hosted a fantastic event with HP (more to come!), and welcomed new additions to 77 Wooster. We are looking forward to embracing the slightly warmer weather by getting out for some much needed spring-update shopping. See what's new at our favorite (we can't help it!) SoHo store - from art, to diamonds, to our most-coveted upholstery..

We are obsessed with designing nursery collections that speak to parents and children alike. Each part of a nursery is precious – the pattern you choose for the sheets, bumper and crib skirt, the crib style, the dresser (should they match?), the glider (for those inevitable late nights)… We take it all into consideration when we sit down at the drawing board. The one element we have been eager to provide, but didn’t have the background to do so, was paint. Paint is so important. A wall color can make you happy, sleepy, energized and even hungry(!). We were confident we could create a color palette befitting our nursery collections, however, we also wanted one that met every safety, eco-friendly, mom-approved standard out there. We found the answer with Lullaby Paints.

Truly inspired design cultivates our creativity and makes us down right giddy. From the master woodworking to the clean lines we love Scandinavian and Danish design. They have perfected the art of creating furniture that is all at once minimal, clean, current and timeless. The Erikson bench is an homage to these great designs.
