The prefab home isn't exactly synonymous with luxury, but Nexterra is changing this perception. This eco-minded real estate company is on it way to developing eco-enclaves that combine highly sustainable architecture with a cool contemporary aesthetic. Nexterra recently finished construction on its very first prefab home dubbed the LivingHome. Located in Toronto, the sleek mid-century design has a modern open-living plan, floor-to-ceiling windows and a geothermal heating and cooling system--plus it comes ready to assemble! (Check out this video of the quick construction). This all sounds very eco-chic, don't you think?

We were thrilled when Nexterra asked us for help outfit the space with a little DwellStudio style! How (would) You Dwell in this green-luxe home of the future? We think a sustainably-chic neighborhood would be a pretty cool way to live haute-green life!

We see the future of stylish green living here, and we LOVE How You Dwell, Nexterra!

We spotted Kate and Alden's home on Design*Sponge and instantly feel in love with their nature-infused Northern California abode. This creative duo--Kate works for Chronicle Books and Anthology Magazine and Alden is a grad student at UC Berkely--layered their rooms with loads of natural elements. We love how this couple crafted an inviting vibe by bringing the outdoors inside with woodsy prints, framed maps and harvested branches. And of course we love how our Chinoiserie Duvet Set perfectly suits Kate and Alden's alfresco spirit!

Kate and Alden, we love How You Dwell!

What's black and white and chic allover? MStetson's lovely dwelling, of course! We've had our eye on this stylish design blogger's site for a while. Her posts on cool artists and inspiring interiors always have us in swoon mode. So when we saw her post featuring some of our favorite accents, we could hardly contain our excitement! We love the bold palette of black and white with pops of yellow—so graphic and modern!

We LOVE How You Dwell, MStetson!

Longtime DwellStudio pal Joy Cho of Oh Joy! recently shared her daughter Ruby’s nursery with us. We love that Joy didn’t shy away from using lots of bold graphics to create the playful atmosphere. Little Ruby is one lucky lady!

We love how bright and cozy Ruby’s nursery turned out, and how adorable are those tiny gold shoes?

Joy, we LOVE how you dwell!

New baby Callahan lives in Louisiana with his architect dad, Cassidy, and mom Kourtney in a 1925 bungalow. His parents were so keen to bring our Skyline pattern to life in Callahan's nursery, they installed this amazing city scene out of wood and acrylic, using low-voltage LED back-lighting to create the city-feel.  Cassidy cut the whole thing by hand - we think it's a pretty incredible design statement.

We spotted Tiffany Scrader Brown's lovely family on the pages of Design*Sponge - and of course spotted our bedding in their home and had to share. Right away we noticed that Tiffany and her boys (she's got three - a husband and two kiddos) use their space in a very Undecorated manner...

Nikola's mom Bethany posted this first picture on our Facebook wall...

And we were immediately hooked and wanted to see more...so we asked. It turns out Bethany and her husband Peter have been long-time DwellStudio fans. We love their laid-back Miami style.

Draper Stripe Bedding

We spotted Angela Hardison's bedroom on her blog, thanks to Will...we love how Angela uses citrine accents throughout the room, mixing them with graphic patterns. Of course, our Draper Stripe bedding is the center of the design story, which we love.

We've featured Erin on the blog before - back when she lived in Seattle. But now she has a fancy new loft in San Francisco's SoMa neighborhood and a whole new look to her bedroom, we love it!

We spotted this How You Dwell in an Apartment Therapy house tour. At first it was the great vintage DwellStudio napkins (or, perhaps a fun DIY with some of our fabric) on her table top... but the discoveries continued!

Sarah also has a few DwellStudio Pillows accenting her bright, white bedroom and we spotted a familiar looking book in her room as well...

A pair of DwellStudio throw pillows accent Sarah's sofa...

No DwellStudio here... we just loved this wall!
DwellStudio - Undecorate
Sarah is clearly a supporter of the No Rules Approach to Interior Design - we spy Undecorate in her bedroom!

Sarah, we love how you dwell!
