Underground supper clubs are growing in popularity, but my favorite underground club is right here in NYC and instead of dinner, it's focused all on desserts. The Chinatown Cake Club is held once a month in a secret location deep in Chinatown and offers hours of sweet gluttony. This month's theme was Americana, and I was introduced to the amazing Elvis cake, an incredibly moist banana cake with whipped peanut butter frosting topped with candied bacon bits.
